AD currently manages the sales contracts with sub-distributors, supermarkets and customers as requested by each principal and as per business and legal practices.

As required by the principals, AD set up sales teams to manage customers, take orders, reach the sales & coverage targets, deploy the trade promotion and carry out POS visibility. The sales teams include the sales reps, merchandisers, nutrition consultants (NC), promotion girls (PG), in-store activation staff, etc. who are exclusively dedicated to each business. However, AD still offers shared sales teams among businesses.

With more than 20 years experience and over 2,000 sales people currently, we know how to set up & build strong sales teams and to inspire and motivate them to contribute to the success of the business. We also provide human resource handling & advice for the sales force as may be requested by our principals.
